Our pricing is clear, upfront and transparent. Below is a guide to our standard service rates.
OUR RATES REFLECT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE TIME — FROM INITIAL CONSULTATION THROUGH TO JOB COMPLETION.
Professional service time may include substantive telephone consultation, travel, on-site labour, investigation, testing, documentation, reporting and standard job administration.
The included first hour begins when professional work on your service request commences, not solely upon arrival at the property. Brief booking enquiries are not treated as chargeable consultation.
Where reasonably practicable, any additional time, specialist equipment or material costs will be discussed before proceeding.

GENERAL PLUMBING SERVICE
Service attendance and first hour:
$324.50 including GST
Additional professional service time:
$198.00 per hour including GST
WATER LEAK INVESTIGATION
Professional investigation rate:
$302.50 per hour including GST
BLOCKED DRAIN SERVICE
Includes attendance, specialised equiptment and first hour of blocked-drain works:
$759.00 including GST
Additional specialist blocked-drain works:
$159.50 per 30 minutes including GST
Many straightforward blockages can be resolved within the first hour. Complex obstructions, root intrusion, damaged pipework, restricted access or multiple blockage points may require additional time.
CCTV camera inspection and location equipment:
$275.00 including GST per day
CCTV equipment charges are additional to the applicable professional service or blocked-drain labour rates.
AFTER-HOURS AND SATURDAY SERVICE
Applies before 7:00am or after 5:00pm Monday to Friday, and to all Saturday attendances.

FIXED-PRICE SERVICES
Fixed pricing may be available for commonly encountered and clearly defined works, including leaking toilets, tap servicing and minor plumbing repairs.
Any fixed price will be confirmed before work begins and may be subject to inspection, accessibility and the condition of the existing installation.
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
Preventative maintenance programs can include scheduled plumbing inspections, roof and gutter cleaning, stormwater maintenance, drainage checks and general property plumbing assessments.
Maintenance programs are tailored to the property and the required service frequency.
MATERIALS AND REPLACEMENT PARTS
Materials, replacement parts, consumables and specialist equipment are charged separately unless expressly included within a fixed-price service.
Applicable costs will be advised before use wherever reasonably practicable.
IMPORTANT PRICING INFORMATION
All prices shown include GST.
Rates may vary where there are unusual access requirements, hazardous conditions, extensive travel, specialised equipment requirements or circumstances outside the reasonably anticipated scope of work.
Additional work will not be undertaken without approval wherever reasonably practicable.
